Onaway, MI – Industrial Arts Institute (IAI), a division of Moran Iron Works (MIW), is honored to announce the key note speaker for the 9th Cohort of students of the Comprehensive Industrial Welding Course, Mrs. Marilyn Kapp Moran, Vice President of Sales & Marketing – Moran Iron Works.

She leads the Industrial Arts Institute team with direction, support and vision.   Her energy and desire to see our students and program succeed is unmatched”, says Mark Dombroski, Industrial Arts Institute, Executive Director.

Along with serving as the IAI Board President, Marilyn also serves as a Member of Michigan Governor’s Talent and Investment Board; a GOP Precinct Delegate for Cheboygan County; an Advisory Board Member for Lake Superior State University; on the Board of Directors of McLaren Northern Michigan Foundation and the Downtown Development Authority (DDA), Onaway, MI.

The Industrial Arts Institute graduation ceremony for Cohort 9 is Friday, August 11, 2017 at 3:30pm at the Industrial Arts Institute Complex. The next Comprehensive Industrial Welding Course is forming now. Class will begin on August 28th, 2017.
