“My training at IAI provided me with the skills and connections I needed to start my welding career. Most of our time at the school was spent in the lab every day and that really helped me to get hands on experience in welding and fabricating. My favorite part was the bridge we built as a team project.” — Brooks Dalgliesh

“Since completing IAI’s 15-week welding program I have taken chances and explored my opportunities at Daifuku Webb. I’ve gone through fabricating and forming (bending metal). My supervisors were able to observe my creativity and I am now the only metal bender at our Harbor Springs location. Welding led me to this great opportunity and for that I am forever grateful.” — Nolan Harwood
